It is subject to availability and operational requirements, so it is not an absolute guarantee in every situation. Jet2 hold-luggage allowance

Jet2 hold luggage is a paid extra on flight-only bookings; a 22kg bag is usually included on Jet2holidays packages. You can add up to three 22kg bags per person.

Each purchased or included hold bag adds a 22kg allowance, and you can take up to three per person per flight. No single item may weigh more than 32kg (a manual-handling limit). Excess weight above your allowance is charged per kilogram, so it is usually cheaper to add a bigger allowance up front than to pay for excess at the airport.
